They are chop sticks with Chinese coins tied on that I put on one of my fancy dress hats for a Chinese New Year Party 2 years ago. They make such a lovely tinkle I've just left them that way to sing to me when I need a writing instrument.

I've never seen any made like that.
I have a set of decorative hair - chop sticks that I wear when I have my hair long and in a Gibson Girl. I love those things and the way they look!
