The Parlour Sibyl comes with a booklet, but i find it useless as the meanings explained in the booklet have nothing to do with the cards and the keywords at the bottom of the cards. Maybe just the spreads is the only thing useful.

Sibilla Oracle Cards is a kind of oracle, there are many versions of it. I use them from time to time, but I know there are very addicted fellows to these cards.

The Parlour Sibyl is a french oracle while the Sibillas are italian. But I'm sure both traditions have common roots as some symbols are the same.

I'm sure there is people here who can give you a better explanation but by now I hope this will help you.
