7 of wands

Im not sure If Im supposed to post this question here or in the reading part of forum? Anyway as of late I keep getting the 7 of wands in my readings (in the ones I do for myself). But I mean a lot. Today I got it in my daily card draw so wanted to see what the card is trying to tell me, so asked a question and got The empress and The strenght .... So I figure its about standing your ground and having the strenght to accomplish something to the end? Or something like this.
What are your thoughts about this card?

It depends on the deck you are using but yes, to me this card often means that it will get worse before it gets better, and you need to persevere.

Oh it was RW deck, I dont get the Empress card there though ...
