A spread for blogging?

I was thinking about designing a spread for my blog, that needs attending to after a hiatus that lasted almost a year. Does anyone know of a spread for blogging, or just social media?
Though I find it interesting designing spreads yourself, I'm not sure I'm ready yet;-).
