Hi!
A question about using matico (Buddleja globosa) and Llantén (plantain, plantago major) as helping in healing a wound.
It is an internal wound, I think we could see it this way. Inside the bladder.
How do you use it? I mean, I should boil it? Prepare it as a normal herbal/tea infusion? How many times a day it should be drinked?
