In the thread about the Empress in this deck, I already mentioned thinking that this might be the Crone of the Maiden, Mother, Crone trilogy in this deck, with the Maiden being the High Priestess and the Empress being the Mother.
In this card, an older woman seems to be imparting her knowledge to two younger women. One of the younger women is offering something in a bowl to the older woman, which could be seen as a sign of respect, possibly.
The sun appears to be setting in the background which is another reason I think this card depicts the Crone. I guess it could also be a rising sun, but in that case, it would be rising on the new knowledge the younger women are gaining, as I see it.
