Hi there,
There is a ton of info out there. Not sure what you are looking for. I would say go to google, maybe look at making herbal salves, herbal tonics and tinctures and teas. Most of these are pretty easy. Do a LOT of research and reading before you actually take anything as some are not to be taken internally and some don't mix with other things.
