cards images are mix of gypsy fortune teller (Bidermeier/Artdeco) with insertions of playing cards and numbers

The deck is called le carte della fortuna. I have seen them in a German webshop. The meanings and instructions are in Italian. I checked the webshop (esoterikshopping.de). Unfortunately they are out of stock at the moment.

That looks like an Italian Sibilla deck to me. There are other versions around, even if that one is out of stock or out of print. The Every Day Oracle by Lo Scarabeo is usually easy to find.
