What is the relationship between Astrology and creativity, or the arts? Considering the natal chart, short-term and long-term aspects, what do you know about it?

The Arts, in itself, are usually Venus and Neptune. Inspiration is Neptune, the sweat it takes to create something is Saturn. One way of looking at things strictly from an arts pov is...

Sun = personal and self identifying
Moon = emotional and subjective
Venus = beautiful and pleasing to the senses
Mercury = heady and thoughtful
Mars = bold and brash
Jupiter = big and powerful
Uranus = unusual and fururistic
Pluto = dark and penetrating

Hehe, I have no clue if that's what you want, but it's what I thought of.

If you look at the planets this way, what are some of the best places for them for the Arts? Also, what about houses? Like, planets in the Fifth House, for example. How is this portrayed in the Arts?
