Can the Tower be a place of power

I just asked this question about The Devil card - now I`m wondering - could it also be true for The Tower card.

Can the Tower card be an institution - a place of power - a goverment office etc?

Yes, definitely. You see on the Universal Waite or RWS, for instance, that a crown is going flying off the castle and the people are plumetting toward the ground. That signifies a position of power and the people who are in control being thrown out of their places of power.

i never noticed that before - oh yes, now i`m not so stressed about a spread I did, one of great importance.

I began to get less freaked out about another card tonight, now this one.

Thanx, I feel much better knowing this..its making sense to me.
