Here is a compilation list so far from the two similar "card phrasing" threads we've been following recently. I tried to eliminate the true duplications, and other meanings have been split into two rows, in order to keep the width of the thread down to a manageable size.
It's interesting how some cards have LOTS of phrases associated with them, and other cards have none!
Let's see if we can fill in the blanks!
