career spread???

hi everyone ,
i know theres a table of contents on here for lots of diffrent spreads but what i am looking for dosent seem to be there or on it.( its for a freind btw)

could anyone recomend a career spread for ..1, when they will find work and time scale? ?
2, how they will find work....3, what type of work? or career ? ...

i would appreciate a spread no more than 7 cards as i am a beginner thankyou all ;-) XXS-HXX
