Career SWOT Spread read across or down?

Can someone please tell me how this spread is read? Is it across or down

I take it that you mean THIS spread?
Looks like the original poster is reading it from top to bottom and Callanish (post #14) from left to right.

Ah thank you, yest that is the one I did not see the numbers on it the first time! Makes much more sense now

Seems to me that in order to get the most out of a spread like this you'd want to read it both ways.....
