Crystals for Patience

I did a search, but I didn't find quite what I was looking for.. so. Does anyone have any recommendations for crystals that promote patience? I'm a very impatient person and I'm looking for something that might ease that up a little. Thanks!

It's maybe not specifically for patience, but I find rose quartz is really gentle and soothing to have around. Something grounding might also be helpful, if you find that your impatience is to do with an excess of energy. I guess it depends on where/ how you feel it.
