Dressing up the Decks

Paign

I'm just super proud of the baggies I've made for my cards and Figured I'd share them [for my own ego and perhaps advertising?]. I've been making tarot bags for my Numerous decks, so they have something comfy to relax in while I learn and master different decks in turn.

I did mention advertising, also, and that's because I have an Etsy shop I'll be selling some of these on. I'm getting a lot of materials in the next week or so, so I'll be listing them as I get a few variations up. :D

those are really lovely, I particularly like the fabric on the first one.

When I started taroting I was going to make a bag and spreadcloth for each deck.
At seven I realized I wasn't smart enough to remember what deck was in what bag even though I chose fabric specific to the cards :)

I do love my spread cloths ...

Thank you so much. That fabric just screamed 'tarot bag' to me. I knew just what deck to put in it, too. :D

I'm going to try my hardest to remember who's in which bag. I was thinking of embroidering some of them with the card name or number that they gave me as their best subjects. That way I'd know who to go to. I've got about that many decks, and embroidery is the only way I can think of. Never thought about making multiple spread cloths though. Maybe I could and fold it up in the bags. Its definitely a thought for another biweekly project. :3

OOOH my goodness, I love those! Now if I saw bags like that in the shops I go to I would buy them! You have talent :)
