Good shops in SF?

Hi all,

I am going on a road trip in the USA in June; and I will be spending some time in San Francisco!

Do you know any good shops for tarot? or some place where they have good books about metaphysical matters?

Fields Book Store on Polk St (between Califronia and Pine streets) is definitely one place to visit.

Lots of tarot decks, and loads and loads of books of every metaphysical and spiritual pursuasion.

From their webpage:
"Fields Book Store has served San Francisco and spiritual seekers worldwide since 1932. The store is still in its original location on Polk Street where George Fields first opened his doors to the City's writers and readers. "

Beware, though. This place is dangerously enabling!

lewin's in Berkeley

Independent, owner been there three decades, one hour parking across the street.

Sunrise Books...but not sure if prices are cheap.

Angel Light books in Berkeley, very clean...

I haven't yet been shopping in the Oakland / Berkeley area.
Those shops are now on my list for my next visit(s) too.

I just saw a Yelp post though that Sunrise might be closing?

if you do go to Oakland and Berkeley you MUST stop at the Sacred Well.

In SF there is

Fields Books
The Sword and the Rose
Crystal Way

Each has its own charms.
