Healing spreads

Does anyone have a good healing spread? I've been thru a difficult time lately, and need a good spread for healing/finding out how to heal.

Hmmm.. Do you mean physical healing or emotional? If you mean emotional then you might look into Shadow Spreads. Christine Jette has written two books that deal with healing. Tarot Shadow Work: Using Dark Symbols to Heal and Tarot for the Healing Heart. They both have a number of spreads on that issue. Hope that helped you!

Here's one that might help, its one I adapted from "Power Tarot" by MacGregor & Vega (I've had good luck with this source). They called it a "Health and Happiness" spread, but I felt it was more about about physical and emotional/mental health, which might not necessarily mean happiness. Just about every time I've used it, it's given insight into where the healing needs to begin. (formatting fingers crossed)
