This is an indiegogo project that I just found, I am not sure where/what the deck should be classified as. It seems to have many layers, some of them involving imagery from tarot... it is intriguing

No. She's integrated some majors imagery into the suits. I went to her website--she makes interesting art. I like her installations.

This is a regular playing card deck, but what beautiful work! It doesn't look like her campaign will make it though.

I love playing card decks, and this one is certainly beautiful! Thanks for the link. I would want to be able to use the deck, though, and I find it difficult to tell which card or suit I'm looking at. They're just a little too busy to be practical for me. I suspect that may be one of the reasons it's not doing so well -- it's really solely an art deck.

I find it very appealing, and if it weren't so expensive I'd consider it. But I'm trying to weigh my purchases more carefully these days, and I'm veering away from buying new art-only decks.
