Judgment card... an "aha" moment

I was looking at the Judgment card in the Medieval Cat tarot and instantly heard music in my head from Handel's Messiah. "The trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised." That gave me an understanding of the Judgment card I hadn't had before.

Does anyone else associate music with the cards? I look at the Fool in any deck and hear the opening of Handel's Water Music (I seem to be on a Handel kick today <g>) The entire Fool's Journey is, for me, reminiscent of Wagner's Ring cycle.

For a lot of the darker "Tower" cards I get Leonard Cohen's "Tower of Song".

I spent most of my study of the Templar deck with different music ringing in my head for each card!

Then again, today I was looking at Ironwing's 8 of Coils and got a blast of Queen singing "I want to break free....".
