Jupiter is very much a planet of expansion, and traditionally rules both Sagittarius and Pisces. Capricorn, by contrasts, seeks for established patterns and forms, reflecting the existing social order (ruled by Saturn).
Jupiter in Capricorn may therefore indicate that one is able to expand quite exciting energies in socially respected and established areas. The making, for example, of a good politician.
Of course, this is but one narrow aspect of this combination...
