I believe that the Osho Zen is based on the teachings of a certain man named Osho, also termed The Master. I think that the deck is loosely based on the Rider Waite but is intimately connected with Osho's philosophy and not the Golden Dawn which underlies the RWS. In my opinion the answer is, mostly not.
