Just recently (last few weeks) back into Tarot

I've been loving my oracle decks, but I've recently been led to do more Tarot
Readings. I've been using "Medicine Woman", "Daughters of the Moon" and
my latest purchase, "Tarot of a Moon Garden" which I love, by the way.

Oracle decks are great, but I find that a Tarot deck really fine tunes a reading. So I'll do and Oracle deck reading followed by a Taort Deck reading.
As I'm typing this I realize that this is what I've been doing for at least some of my readings.

It always works out that the Tarot deck really gives more information about a
situation, and it reflects the Oracle reading.

Does this happen to anyone else ?

So what got you back into tarot, Shadow Wolf?

I love to underlay my readings with an oracle deck, specifically the Lo Scarabeo Dream Cards (very surrealistic). I love how uncannily the underlayer of oracle cards will reflect the tarot cards that get paired with them.

I'm in the midst of spiritual awakening, and while my oracle cards give me general guidence, they tend to be kind and gentle, and that's fine, but I also need some "in your face" guidence to scare out those issues that I might still be in denial about. I find that Tarot readings do this for me. Once I see the card, that's it, it's pretty hard to hide from. It sits in my soul and works on me until I see the truth of it. It may take a while but it I eventually can't deny the situation or how I feel about.
