King of Wands as Plant Medicine

Sometimes the cards represent things in such a cute way... and I like to share with you guys. Last night I did a reading for someone who was asking about his gifts in life. So we asked "what is one gift" and how can he best use it. The gift card was the King of Wands and it turns out it was trying to represent a plant healer/herbalist. The "master of plants". I thought that was clever.

I sometimes associate the Queen of Wands in the RWS with herbalism because of the sunflowers, but thought it was more of an intuitive interpretation..

"Fire" can represent the spark of life.

I'd think about him as a nurturer of life in some form (animal or vegetable).

I'd also ask him in passing if he's ever thought about doing a weekend workshop in blacksmithing or glassblowing, both skills intertwined with Fire, in case he has an undiscovered calling there that he'll only discover if he tries it.
