I was reading a forum that it's possible to identify what a person looks like with the lenormand cards...? Is this true??

There are some indicators in the Lenormand if you want to get a person's description, so yes, it can be true.
But like Lenormand astrology, you will find very little agreement between systems - a few things, obviously. The Bouquet means someone with a good appearance, very well-kept; the Bear is often someone with a stocky, powerful build; the Fox - wiry, small, reddish hair colour. Snakes can wear glasses and Ships often come from a different place, so look different to the way people who come from your place do.
Horsemen tend to be tall and athletic, and Lillies and Houses can be older men, with the House fair hair, with the Lillies, darker, sometimes tending to grey. So can the Clouds, though he's often a relative or an ex. Clouds next to a person can indicate a smoker, the Tower can mean height, the Child can mean someone's short.
You can get into countries with Lenormand, as well, so sometimes knowing the country (though not always) can tell you something about how somebody looks. It's a fun study. Try asking the cards what you look like, and see if you can make any sense out of it

There's a study group here that's excellent and comprehensive on the Lenormand oracle. And a workshop conducted by Sylvie Steinbach. Here's a link to the signup but you'll need her book to participate:
