Mirrors of the Heart - Self-Published Deck

This is a self-published deck by Lily S. May done with lino-cut art. She is selling them on eBay as well as her own web site.

They look like meditative, personal reflection cards with positive artwork and they are printed on a tan background with black ink and no lamination. 3.5 x 5.5 inches. She is a printmaker so they are like little pieces of art--pretty neat.

Well, I bought it.

I like the World Spirit Tarot and the Light and Shadow Tarot so much, I guess I'm a dedicated lino cut fan. I also think Lily is one of those people who makes a difference in the world with her art and mind, and I want to support that as well as write a review of the deck.

These images are a bit different, both the art and printing are unusual. It reminds me of my i Tarocchi Celtici because they are not laminated. I'm dying to touch them in person and see what they feel like. I think they'll go well with other things, I'm so keen on working with them.

(I think I got my senses mixed up there!)
