Need a new spread

Hi All

I want to ask my boss for a raise and need to see how that's going to go down. Lol! I can't seem to find a spread for this. does anyone know of any?

what about a decision spread aka "Shall I ask my boss for a raise or Not? And what will the outcome be if I do / don't do?"

As for a specific spread on how to ask for a raise or get one, I don't know any spread that does this.
