Okay, i made this spread last night and i am open to suggestions for a name.
tell me what you think of my spread.

4 present leading into present
5 future

7 what you want
8 step one to get there
9 what you will encounter along the way
10 next step
11 another step

I'm guessing that 4 should be present leading into future, not present leading into present.

If 1-5 are essentially a time line, why are they not on the same line?

8, 10 and 11 are steps along the way, but why does only 8 have a "what you will encounter along the way" companion?

I agree with rwcarter. As for a name, I would suggest "One Step Ahead" Spread.
