I found this spread some while ago, and it's become one of my favourites, so I'll share here. I'm curious whether anyone used it and with what results. Just like Celtic Cross it's suitable for all kinds of questions, but much easier to read, while still providing a lot of info.

The spread shows progression in time from card 1 to 7 with a dominating factor, and advantages anf disadvantages.
1 - starting point / the situation as it is now / the problem
2 and 6 - opposing factors / what is negative about the situation
5 and 3 - helpful influences / what is positive / most that can be achieved in the situation
4 - what prevails, dominating factor
7 - outcome
