scrying in the movies

I was at a movie recently, and one of the previews shown was for a WWII film that takes place in what looked like Italy - anyhoo, there was a flash of an old woman scrying with oil droplets in a bowl of water. I don't remember the title; it is probably due for a fall/winter release

I wonder - it makes me think of "Pan's Labyrinth" which was actually Spanish. Was it in English, or subtitled?
