Check out the instructions. At the bottom where "Copyright 1970 by Stuart R. Kaplan" would normally be, it says, "This is copyrighted. Any copying reproduction, manufacturing, offering for sale without the authorization of the copyright proprietor, Padgett Bros(A to Z) Ltd. constitutes an infringement of copyright and would render liable for prosecution."
All references to US Games, Tarot 1JJ Deck, Made In Switzerland, etc., have been covered over. The rest is a verbatim reproduction of US Games' instructions from their 1970 1JJ Swiss deck.
I wonder if the seller knows this is an unauthorized reproduction and that the instructions were also ripped? They don't seem to be trying to hide anything.
But it's all probably harmless enough. I can't think of a single reason why anyone would want to buy this piece of crap, even at GBP 2.50. Unless, of course, they thought it was the real deal.
