The Dark Shadows Tarot episodes

This is one of the episodes of this American horror soap opera featuring the Tarot. The deck is obviously the Swiss 1JJ, a deck appearing no earlier than the late 19th century. These episodes however take place in the 1790's because the Victoria Winters character was transported back in time following a seance making depictions of this particular deck somewhat anachronistic.

I used to tear home from school to catch the next episode.

I watched it again up to where it got just plain weird a few years ago, enjoyed it very much. The character of Julia seemed very comfortable with her cards.

I watched it after school and only realized a few years ago that it was my first introduction to Tarot. I'd just never made the connection. Tarot appeared in several episodes - sometimes with the Marseilles deck. I'm not sure if the RWS was ever used.
