Trying to find 6 month love spread??

Hi everybody! Could anybody help with this one, I've got a friend and one of her friends to read for....and they want the reading in terms of the next 6 months timeline - and in regards to love. Does anybody know of any good spreads for this? The 6 month timing bit isnt important - as I can ask that in my question, but as for coming love spreads....bit stuck! Any ideas appreciated!!

You could possibly draw 3 cards for each month lining them up like so:

Month one: 1...2...3
month two: 4...5...6

then continue until the 6th month. This is what I have seen done a lot.
