The service I work for sent out a mass email requesting any available readers to log on if possible. There is a huge snowstorm burying the entire Eastern US, and the number of people who are home from work is leading to a heavy call load. We're talking blizzard conditions most if not all the way up the East Coast, so there are a LOT of people who stayed home today.
