Saw this picture, fell in love with the deck and its colors, but I have been unable to identify it. Does anyone know which deck this is?

Judging by the images and the unillustrated minors it looks like the Destiny Tarot(even though the majors look better in your screenshot): http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/destiny/
I own the Destiny Tarot myself, it was my first deck and nearly enough to put me off tarot cards for good. The borders look completely different from this deck though. In the DT they are enormous and all white with the titles printed directly on them(not on the card images, like in the above deck) so this might be a different deck altogether, though I haven't found any that come close.
Any better ideas out there?

No, I would say you are right. There was a smaller deck published, probably the one in the photo with the thinner borders. It was part of a set

Comparing the minors, that's definitely a version of the same deck. Perhaps it's the kit version mentioned on the page you linked?
