I don't believe tarot works well with Yes/No questions, but you can find a list of Yes/No spreads in Post 4. Most of the spreads are grouped by subject, so there are relationship spreads, career spreads, decision-making spreads, etc. So if you're interested in a specific subject, you should look it up that way.
