Wondering about the 5 Star Criteria

I'm still relatively new to AT but am finding it a terrific resource. I haven't been able to figure out the criteria for a deck being awarded a 5 star rating. I can usually figure out why those receiving 1 star merited it from the reviews. But on some of the decks receiving 3-5 stars I'm stumped as to the "why". I'd appreciate any insights. Thanks.
