the article says it's from a marseilles deck, but which one. the images are fairly gorgeous.

No idea about that one but the deck in the links is a modified Tarot Nova - Tarot Nova's illustrations on a starry background - strange.

Sorry, I have no idea about the Marseilles Tarot - it is lovely though.

Huh? I don't see a Marseilles Tarot anywhere - the only cards in the title area are those of the Love Tarot.

No it's not a revolving display, that's The Love Tarot - thanks Spoonbender.
It looks like they've used the backs of The Love Tarot to make the background the the Tarot Nova cards used too..
