This is hard to answer without giving you the wrong idea. I have pain in my foot and it's been worse this past month. When I noticed the pain becoming intense I had worked 10 hour days so the first time I thought maybe it was because I was sitting crosslegged and it was putting pressure on my foot. But then it happened again the second night and it was about the same time I noticed the pressure in my forehead. So the pain in my foot became really intense for a few minutes and then it just went back to being in pain. I need a new foot : )
Without looking this up...I was thinking today about intuition and thinking it's tied to one of the chakras in the stomach area....so possibly this is why you feel something in your stomach.

I have been experimenting this, just a little, now and then.
First, I was lucky to just have the perfect stone I needed (realised later), because it is a small Jade that looks like a mix of stone and crystal, and only by looking at it in detail I could see how really beautiful it is...with lots of wonder worlds inside. I could "see" something like a forest, a snowed landscape. I also saw a letter. And in general lots of little interesting corners.
I've also bought two more little stones, and opalite that looks a bit like a crystal ball, like 3 cms wide
, and one that is transparent quartz.
I think I will just be having a look now and then. I am aware that the same I could get beautiful glimpses, I could also get nasty visions, and I am too easily impressed by images.
All in all, it has been a bit relaxing.

That why I'm limiting myself to 10 minutes a day. How are you getting on with making your Mirrors?
My Mirror seems to fill up with candle light but I'm still not getting any visions.

Yesterday I wanted to walk to the store (about 10 blocks) but it kept raining : ( I was even trying to decide if I should get cheap frames at the dollar store (OMG they're everywhere here) or a little bit nicer frames I saw the other day LOL when I didn't have any money. Ha so instead I spent forever on the internet and ordered 2 shooter marbles. One is rose quartz and it's non-see-thru : ) and the other is clear quartz with inclusions so I'll see if I can scry with those. LOL then I ordered a few palm stones to try and scry with also.
And this was the most amazing part.......
Last night I was waiting for my little mini notebook computer to shut down. I was laying on my bed with my knees bent and my head propped against the wall. MY mini PC was on my lap. Anyway I was so tired when it finally shut off I looked up and realised I was staring at myself in the screen. Ha so I tilted the screen back just enough so I could no longer see my face......and decided to try scrying : ) And it worked : )
I asked my guides if they had anything they wanted to show me. First I kept seeing 3 dots of white light that kept appearing on different parts of the screen. Then it looked like white smoke moving around. Then the screen turned a bright orange and I could see patterns but I'm not too sure what the patterns where. LOL then the screen kept switching from bright orange to a darker color. Ahah I'm not suprised about the colors because when I was doing the Meet your Guides exercises.....my guides kept showing me colors. I was so tired I could hardly keep my eyes open so I stopped BUT now I'm anxious to make my mirrors 'cause they just might work : )

I never thought about using a palmstone to scry with so I've give that a go myself. I've heard about mediums getting messages looking at computer and TV screens so you should keep this up. I've never thought about using both these methods myself so I'll have to give them ago and see if they work for me too.

My eyes feel really heavy while I'm scrying now and they seem to close on there own. Is anyone else getting this?
