So I'm kind of into (abnormally obsessed with) the tv dating shows The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and it's dirty, drama-filled offspring Bachelor in Paradise.

I would like to do a fun (read: not serious) divination to determine which participant of the last season of Bachelor (Ben's season) and the current season of Bachelorette (Jojo's season) you would end up with if you were the lead.

I will pool all the names, draw one for you and figure out intuitively (and through my own embarrassing amount of knowledge of the show and it's participants) why you WOULD chose this person and then I will draw for who you SHOULD choose.

To those that are interested, leave your name (screen name is fine) and the gender you would be interested in...if you are fluid in that way, well, the pool will be wide open to you!

Example: I'm into guys so I would only draw from the Bachelorette guys pool of names. Person X is only into girls so I would draw from the Bachelor girls pool of names. Person Z is into both so I would put all the names together from both shows and draw from that.

Hopefully this will be entertaining AND a little enlightening if I actually get some insight into who you would really pick and why!

Oh my! Grant can be described in one word...HOT! He is a 6'2, muscley, tattooed, 27 year old firefighter from Cali. He is attractive, intelligent and saves lives for a living. A bad boy with a heart. Seemingly the perfect man...except...shortly after the first epsode aired, social media BLEW up over this guy. Apparently, he applied to be on the Bachelorette BEFORE breaking up with his live-in girlfriend of 4 years. Ouch. There are always two-sides to every story and that relationship may have been dead in the water for some time but what is clear is he was less than forthcoming with the ex and didn't handle the situation in the right way. I fear that this could lead to serious trust issues if you were to choose this guy.

You don't get anymore All-American, Apple Pie than this guy. There would be ZERO trust issues here. He would flat-out worship the ground you walk on. He's a 6'2 singer/songwriter from Texas. He's all smiles and positive energy. He's the kind of guy that you couldn't help but be in a good mood around. At first glance, he seems like a push-over but I don't think that is the case. Instead of engaging in the drama, he squashes it through diplomacy and positivity. He also is tougher than he looks. He got a serious injury during a group football date and pushed through to win more time with the girl! What a guy!

So the overall lesson here is don't judge a book by its cover. Grant is straight up walking sex appeal but may be the kind of guy you could never trust, never be sure of. James may not trigger that instant chemistry but would always be there for you and would never even give you a reason to distrust him. His positive outlook on life would bring you up instead of Grant's playboy ways bringing you down. Keep your eyes open for a James in your life. You deserve to be cherished not played.

Vinny is interesting. He has this bad boy look to him but states he would never get a tattoo because his mom would kill him. lol He's a 6 foot tall, barber and dj from Florida. There is just something about Vinny that feels a little dangerous. Exciting. Unpredictable. This can be so much fun and my sexual intuition skills (ha!) tell me that this guy would be an animal in bed. Whew! But....Vinny is one of the guys who drank WAAAAAY too much during the first night's meet and greet party on the Bachelorette (I'm talking stumbling, slurring, falling down drunk in front of the girl he was trying to impress). I fear that as fun and exciting as Vinny would be, he might not be the best bet for a solid, stable relationship.

A man so great that he was given his own SEASON of the Bachelor! Ben is a VERY tall (6'4), very sweet, software salesman who lives in Colorado. He is very outdoorsy and spends his free-time building schools and housing for the less-fortunate. He is kind and gentle toward everyone. He's the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone and especially would be there for his partner. He is as stable as they come.

So, the take-away here is...you want that ultra-excitement and chemistry. You want to feel like a sexy,vibrant woman and Vinny would certainly take you there, girl! But...with that excitement comes instability and I fear the hot fireworks would fade when Vinny blows the rent money in Atlantic City and you have to move into his mom's basement. Bachelor Ben may lack that "blow your mind in bed" quality but you would never have to worry about where he is or what he's done with the electric bill money. He'd always be there for you. You would feel safe and comfortable within his love. Seek out the man that pays the heating bill not the one who sets you on fire with lust. haha!
