Actually, as with Andrea Aste's very similar project, there are plenty of people who took this to be actual and real and not fantasy at all; there is nothing on the link that says it is not real, and since there are no real names, addresses, company name or 'contact us' form, I can see how some people may have been misled. No doubt that was unintentional.

Give me a break, you are seriously trying to suggest that people might have believed a journal was found that provides evidence for a magical land of Tarot... and that is why were is no contact information?????? and even if they were that naive or confused, no one has been asked to pay one cent. At this point its just a teaser for a kickstarter launch that is months away. Your vendetta to find fault is both extreme and premature.

No way!! Really?!?! I find that astounding. So a number of people (plenty sounds like quite a few) read "There is a place beyond this world – and its name is Arkartia." and actually thought it was real? And they feel "misled"? Everything about the way this is written, from the "strange tape" to the Kings, Queens, Pages, Tower screams fantasy fiction from the rooftops. Life never ceases to amaze

I really don't understand why so much ado about something obviously meant as bit of fiction...
Seems clear enough to me the journal and video are simply a bit of fancy meant to provide atmosphere and enhance interest and enjoyment of the project, but certainly not meant to be taken seriously in any literal sense.

I initially wondered that also... and there is rational woven into the whole story.

I could say it was because of the time space rift portal that they found under the stock exchange archway, but I won't because people might believe me...

Thank god for that, some common sense. After reading these suggestions of people being mislead, I was beginning to think i'd entered a scene from "One flew over the cuckoo's nest"
