aawwhh bless! reminds me I need to phone my old childhood friend Alex as we plan a primary school class reunion


Then I got ' when you are angry count to ten, if you are still angry start screaming'!! Nw that has to be the most appropriate, work can still drive me up the wall! And just this week I had to get very direct and sharp on two occasions - and then things finally got done!!
