Are you saying that this was a made-up name (not surprising) that was supposed to evoke the earlier Giulia Farnese/Orsini in the minds of French book buyers, who were buying a book that was probably hobbled together by a hack writer at the publishing company? This was a pretty common ploy with fortune-telling books.
