I find youtube videos work really well. Having a Google Plus page linked to your web page will help your ranking in the search engines. Also see if you can do a guest appearance on your local radio station and offer free one card readings during the show. I did that and it was a huge hit-they asked me to come back and do it again.
Even local charity events offer your services for a few hours to spread the word it really helps.
