tarot software?

Does anyone use tarot software? If so, can you recommend an inexpensive, or even free software? I like to exchange practice readings with friends, but putting them into a Word doc, or PowerPoint gets tedious! Hope this thread is in the right place! thanks all!

"Tarot Magic"

The best Tarot software (in fact the only Tarot software I ever purchased) unfortunately - either the company folded or they just didn't make the change as operating systems upgraded and expanded (and sped up). It was called "Tarot Magic". It had 10 different decks included, 12 different spreads, you could use your own 'paper' deck and punch the cards into the positions or you could pull the cards out of a fan, or let the system deal them out itself. You could shuffle as long as you wanted, even cut the deck where you wanted! It was MAGIC! You could also store the readings in a library, print them out, chose simple or expanded interpretations ... it was just fantastic for someone to have let it slide by the wayside. :(

If it ever made a re-appearance - I'd buy it in a nanosecond!

RedwingRaven

This is free, I can't say what it is like to use but it looks interesting and its FREE

There are quite a few downloads available, something I have just discovered :)

Twize

Orphalese Tarot, one of the first choices by many users.
It needs .NET Framework to be installed though.

If not having it, the program will helping you through the process to get it during the first run.
Lots of deck...

Essence of Winter

There is Galaxy Tarot for Android and possibly iOS. It's based on the Rider and has a number of different spreads along with card meanings if you need to look them up.

I second this. And if you buy a licence, you can add any number of decks.

I've been considering for sometime adding to Phuture's digital tarot deck the ability for users to manually enter spreads drawn using printed cards.
This would be for sharing, via email, fb, twitter etc or for submitting to our readers for a reading.

Is that what you had in mind?

I don't think, when it comes to sharing information, that desktop software is really the way to go now since web based applications can run on any browser on any device (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android etc).

I'm always open to ideas for new suggestions for our digital deck.

Of course whatever I add to the web site digital deck I will also add as a feature to the digital deck in our "Tarot & Numerology" App too.
