Classic Marseille Spreads?

Macavity

I see with the LWB accompanying my NEW(!) Camoin, there are a number of "classic" spreads described: reduced, medium, complete and total. Are these indeed the ones that a budding "Marseille-ist" might use? I have no reason to doubt - Merely wondering at this stage! :)

P.S. I will (eventually!) be referring to my long list of Marseille books, kindly provided for me by the enthusiasts here :) But just for now...

I found a site a few weeks ago that had a fairly extensive discussion of the "tirage en croix," which is apparently a traditional French spread associated with the Tarot de Marseille. The spread is apparently so well known that a whole book has been written in French devoted to elucidating its subtleties. I started a thread about it.
