What is absolutely the best advice spread?

Let's say that the querent knows the situation very well, knows what she wants, but has no idea how to accomplish it. What is the best spread I can do to offer advice on how to go about getting what she wants?

This one has a position or two that according to your post the querent already knows the answer to, but I like a horseshoe spread with the following positions:

1) What you want
2) What you need
3) What you already have
4) What you need to get rid of
5) Someone who can help you
6) A good next step
7) A word of advice

Yes, but if it makes it more meaningful to you, you could re-order the positions to suit yourself.
