HEALING REQUEST FOR MYSELF...please...

Skydancer...so funny!!! I accept your hugs...and the "bumping" into
my ankle...NOT... ...it's throbbing now...

Now, I understand that "laughter is the best medicine!"

I CAN see now how so important are our healing/prayer threads for
those that need positive vibes and prayers from us on AT...
...and my goodness does it ever help!!! I swear, the good thoughts, as you
read them, go right THROUGH your whole body and I can actually feel the
healing coming into to me now...

memries that is a good idea...online food...I was wondering how that stuff
tasted! I will have to try that...love that idea. Also, there is a Senior center
nearby that has "meals on wheels"...just remembered...will call them if needed.

Where there is a will...there is a way...

sense them all around me and it feels very powerful in here right now!

Vicodin is making me sleepy...will try to fix lunch for Michael (that should be
very funny!) and then take a nap...I will check back a little later...

I agree with Imagemaker: remember RICE: rest, ice, compression and elevation. I also read in one of my books (about Huna I think) where he describes a healing technique in which you imagine over and over doing what you were doing, except that you imagine it so that you did it without injuring yourself. I think you do this several times, each time visualizing the action without the injury.

ice and elevating the leg is a great help, and if you can also soak it in epsom salts, that may also help you a great deal. good luck!

loving thoughts that you are sending me.

For those that think a power chair is fun...NOT... Those blasted things have
a mind toally their own! (they are alive) I am crashing into the
walls, bunching up the rugs, and banging my foot!!! I feel sorry for
having nagged poor Michael about his driving his power chair...I certainly
won't be doing that any more...Maybe that is why I am going through this so
I will know what he is going through. When I told him that, he laughed!!!
He thinks it was about time I figured that out.

Suz...when I told Michael what you said about the angels, he cried and then
told me that he feels them all around. Thank you all!
