Now I know this is true....and yet....still I want more.

Well MM, I was on hold, but I'm afraid after seeing the pics of your trimmed Nigel Jackson I do want it again.....regardless of how awful the book is.

Kat, you mention it's OOP but it seems to be available at most places. I think the original mini-kit version is OOP but there seems to be a deck and book set also. Is that a second edition I wonder? I know I'll probably never use the deck for reading, but some decks are just good to have to enjoy looking through.

Go back to page one - post ten starts it. But post 38 onwards are the absolute bestest. Do yourself a favour

Isn't the artwork somewhat na´ve for your taste, BE, as intentional as it might be and as acceptable as it is as a style? I mean, i appreciate a childlike simplicity in people, but in Trumps i personally preffer a bit more educated manner of creation...

The Truth-Seekers' style looks very very nice. Actually, had I not checked this thread, I wouldn't have been aware of such a deck in existence. Why not try getting de-enabled with something else? Hee hee *avoids getting hit with flying vegetables in vain*

On Amazon, Janet gave the Truth Seekers Tarot three stars, and I gave it only two... Clearly, neither of us was all that impressed... Here is a paraphrase of the review I wrote:

http://www.amazon.com/Truth-Seekers-...9358261&sr=8-1

"Seduction vs Substance: Well, if pretty colours is your standard for a tarot deck, then 'The Truth Seekers Tarot' is for you. However, if you're looking for some semblance of substance, look elsewhere.

"The 'Pips' (MINOR ARCANA) are UNILLUSTRATED.

"The best thing that can be said about this deck/book set is the very nice and very sturdy outer box it comes in. Unfortunately, the contents makes quick work of plunging the whole mess into the abyss of, 'All Hat, No Cattle', as in---> 'Where's the Beef?' *lol*"
