Are these the same book? (Jocelyn Almond's books)

I'd like some help here...

I found for sale online a book called "Tarot for Relationships: A Practical Guide to Understanding Love and Sex from Tarot Reading" by Jocelyn Almond and Keith Seddon. While looking for reviews of this book (and not finding any, mind you), i also came across the following title: "Tarot for Lovers: A Practical Guide to Understanding Love and Sex from Tarot Reading".

I think it means that they are different editions from the same book. But i'm not sure of it, and was wondering if anyone could help me to sort this out.

And since we are here, if you own any of these book, what do you think of them? Are they a worthy addition to one's collection?
