OWA on pendulum chart

I have a yes no maybe chart and it also has "Owa" Anyone know what this means? The google didn't help

I'm guessing here but something like 'Own Answer' or 'Other Written Answer' possibly???

Hey, perhaps it's DWA and not OWA? That would mean "don't want to answer", according to this site I found: http://www.bodyworkstherapy.co.uk/charts.htm.

on my pendulam chart it is DWA which is do not wish to answer! there is no OWA
